So umm....I have this new job.  It is cleaning the Grand Haven 5/3 bank downtown with my bestest friend Amanda.  And well, we have had some interesting times...who wouldn't if they worked at a bank afterhours?  We've ridden a magic carpet (ask me about it sometime if you'd really like to know), done all sorts of exploring, found an old person's dream  (millions of wheelchairs, walkers, toilet chairs, canes, and the like), learned many interesting things about people we have never actually met just by cleaning their desks every day, and scored some very useful items from the trash (we are not trash diggers...we are just poor college students who will greatly benefit from the multitude of empty binders they threw away one day).  Today though...today tops them all.  Today someone called the cops on us.  Some very concerned Grand Havener thought that two young girls would have the ability and the tact to break into a bank late on a Monday night.  Meanwhile, Amanda and myself were at the trash shed (it literally is a shed) that is down the street from the bank trying our best to put our trash into it but without much luck due to the very large spiders that inhabit its outside walls at night.  Amanda decided to shy away from the opening of the shed door (one of the spider's webs was attatched to it) and she got back into her car to clean it out as I tried to open the door without the spider falling on me.  Needless to say I let out a few screams because I accidentally touched the web a few times as I tried to open the door and right after I did so the cop pulled up into our parking lot.  I informed Amanda of the cops arrival but she stayed in her car continuing to clean as he approached so I had to do the talking.  This was a mistake on her part....He asked me if we were the bank cleaners and I said yes, then without thinking I said, "There are spiders on our shed...they are very big...and they're starting to freak us out!"  The cop sort of smirks and then tells me that someone had called them thinking that we had been breaking into the bank.  I kinda laughed and was like okay...well maybe its because we are out here later than usual because we came in kind of late tonight.  He just nodded and said goodbye.  I got rather upset when he began to pull away because I had thought that he was going to knock the spiders off the shed for us.  Amanda had not heard much of what was said and when I told her I suddenly realized the ridiculousness of my speech but in my embaressment still acted mad that the cop had not gotten rid of the spiders...I mean, its Grand Haven, what better things do they have to do?  And there were two cop cars at the scene...a typical Grand Haven trait.  Apparently it takes two cops to do everything.  This was an apparent bank robbery though....ha.  So yeah...that was my first and hopefully only run in with a cop.  I just hope I never see that cop again because he would probably like to laugh at me.  Anyways, that is my story for the evening.  Hope it was semi-entertaining...I know Amanda and I will laugh over it for quite some time.  Night all....

Well, today....today was at first kind of slow.  Then I came home and I did work for my mom around the house.  I learned that it is very hard to do a million things at once so thank god my sister came home and rescued me from the dinner I was making for my family that was 3/4 of the way done when I needed to leave for my other job.  Work was fun actually.  I was a speed demon, according to Amanda and we got a lot of stuff done in the 2 1/2 hours we had to put in at the bank tonight.  I went home after that and ate the dinner I didn't have time to eat earlier and went tanning.  Now I am doing absolutely nothing because I am not in the mood to go out due to the fact that I smell of tanning and my lovely boyfriend decided to inform me that there is absolutely no room in his schedule for me tonight.  What a sweet boy.  Well enough of this.  I get bored with writing in here rather quickly and there is a Meg Ryan movie on tv that is slightly interesting.  Night all.

Hmmm...I never write in here.  It's like a hobby that I rarely participate in.  Well, school is over...but it hardly feels like it.  It really feels like an extended weekend or something.  Maybe when it warms up it'll feel a little more summer-like.  Today was the big day though...the day that they posted the final grades online.  I needed to bring my 2.854 up to at least a 3.25 this semester in order to renew my GVSU scholarship.  And....I DID! Yay!  I made the dean's list with 2 A's an A- and a B+.  I was quite relieved.  School cannot completely leave my mind...not yet.  This Saturday I have a portfolio review at Grand Valley for my enterance into the Art Department.  I still have another piece to finish for it and I have to clean up my other required drawings.  I can't wait until that is done too so that I can be worry free for a while.  I have been trying really hard to get a different job lately.  I've been checking the classified section of the Tribune and internet ads but really not a whole lot of luck.  I've seen a couple things that I would love to do and applied for 3 different places but no luck so far.  I am having doubts about being able to find something else for the summer now.  I don't want to quit my job for something that makes less per hour...even though I really do loathe my job most days.  Oh well...can't have everything I suppose.  I have had a rather boring day.  I didn't work and Justin is in Chicago to see Weezer.  I am jealous...and I miss him.  Silly as that is, I see him every day.  Well, I think I am going to go work on some of my artwork for my portfolio.  Signing out...

Sunday...I love Sundays.  They are so relaxing.  Friday was interesting though.  I talked to my ex for the first time in a year.  Fortunately not as uncomfortable as previously imagined.  This was at Ryan Wojiton's surprise birthday party.  Ryan's finally 18...silly youngin.  Then at Jumpin Java I saw Jon Olger and his crowd of friends.  They are a funny group of boys and I always like talking to Jon.  I was once again reminded that Justin's ex Amanda hates me, but I guess that is not really news to me.  I guess over the summer she was planning to hang out with Justin and get him to break up with me.  Some girls...they just don't know what they have until they lose it.  Oh well, obviously wasn't meant to be, and I am certainly thankful for that! I love you Justin.  Saturday I worked....like EVERY other Saturday night and I for once operated the box office instead of working the projectors upstairs.  So I actually saw the people that came into the theater.  It was a nice switch up.  Spring Break is almost here! One more week...but of course its completely full of papers and tests.  Thats okay though, I am actually doing pretty well this semester.  Anyways, the Oscars are still on so I am going back to that...
